About the Role
About the role: justteachers are supporting a primary school in South warwickshire to recruit a Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant. This is a full-time role with a September 2026 start, fixed term until the end of the academic year. Key Responsibilities: • Support structured and play-based learning • Deliver phonics sessions • Observe pupil development • Support classroom organisation Pre-requisites: Level 3 or higher teaching assistant qualification or equivalent (Must be relevant to working with children) Proven experience working with children in a school or relevant setting (That can be referenced) A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school-based references
