Preferred Requirements: - Prepare Bills of Costs, primarily for personal injury claims but also for commercial dispute cases
- Prepare Points of Dispute and Replies
- Prepare Cost Budgets
- Negotiate costs settlements
- Mediate cost settlements
Preferred Qualifications: - Relevant experience in a similar Law Costs role
- Proven legal, specialist costs, and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and IT skills, with experience of using Costs Master (advantageous)
