CAFCASS - FCA - WAFH - Public Law - £37 p/h Umb - Brighton

Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Family Court Adviser (FCA) to join the Work After First Hearing (WAFH) - Public Law team for CAFCASS, based in the Brighton office covering the Surrey & Sussex region. Duties and Responsibilities: * Managing a caseload within public law proceedings post-first hearing. * Completing Section 7, Section 37, and other court-directed reports. * Providing clear, evidence-based recommendations to the court. * Representing CAFCASS in court hearings and giving professional evidence. * Working collaboratively with local authorities, legal representatives, and partner agencies. * Ensuring the child's voice is heard and central to all assessments and recommendations. * Assessing and analysing risk to safeguard children effectively. * Maintaining accurate and timely case recordings in line with statutory and organisational requirements.
