Job Description
Provide comprehensive HR support across two manufacturing facilities
Lead and manage hourly recruiting and onboarding processes
Demonstrate strong attention to detail while supporting day-to-day HR operations
Serve as a responsive partner to the leadership team and the broader workforce
Support key HR functions including employee relations, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives
Key Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required
Bilingual skills are a plus
