Typical duties may include:  Preparing and operating machinery on the production line  Decorating, finishing, and packing cakes, pastries, or bread products  Weighing and mixing ingredients  Quality checking to ensure products meet high standards  Cleaning work areas and maintaining hygiene standards  Roles often involve long periods of standing, working on a busy production line, and may include lifting ingredients or products. Depending on the department, you might also work in temperature-controlled environments.
