Infrastructure Finance Senior Associate

Our client, a leading UK-headquartered international law firm is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Finance lawyer (5+ PQE) to join its highly ranked London practice.

The team advises on some of the most significant and innovative financings in the market, spanning acquisition finance, project finance and hybrid products. Acting for a client base that includes infrastructure and energy funds, banks, debt funds, sponsors and governments, the practice is consistently at the forefront of complex and high-value transactions.

Work covers the full breadth of the infrastructure sector, from energy transition (renewables, storage, EV charging) and digital infrastructure, to transport, water, waste and healthcare. With an extensive global network and top-tier rankings, the firm offers unparalleled exposure to cross-border mandates and market-leading deals.

The successful candidate will have:

• At least 5 years’ PQE in infrastructure acquisition finance, ideally gained at a Magic Circle, US, Silver Circle or top-tier international firm.
• Experience leading transactions and managing client relationships with a high degree of autonomy.
• Strong technical skills, particularly in LMA-style facility and commitment documentation.
• An interest in mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to business development initiatives.
