An excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a well-established organisation on a fixed-term basis until approximately the end of the year. Working as part of a supportive team, you’ll play a key role in delivering an accurate and efficient payroll service, handling end-to-end processing, reconciliations, and employee queries.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Calculating statutory payments (SMP, SSP, SPP, etc.).
- Managing payroll inputs including new starters, leavers, salary adjustments, and timesheet data.
- Managing pension processing and reporting.
- Maintaining absence records and producing reports.
- Responding to payroll-related queries across the organisation.
- Ensuring compliance with HMRC, pension, and GDPR regulations.
