About the Role
Quality manager ensure that all Business Unit products comply with customer expectations, legal and safety standards.
The Quality manager will be able to develop and implement action plans to improve quality control processes, to assure that all products are in accordance with the design specification. Also is responsible to analyze failing product, find root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid to produce defective products.
Quality manager will lead the quality team in order to guide the team to identify not only material defectiveness but also to find any possible defect cause and prevent it. Monitor and evaluate our current production processes.
Also is responsible to lead the efforts of the team to maintain the Quality System in place, and comply with all ISO Standards and audits.
