Patient Access Representative – Chicago, IL (Onsite)
Pay: $20-$24/hour 
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Join our team as a Patient Access Representative! In this role, you’ll handle patient scheduling, registration, and insurance verification while delivering excellent customer service in a busy healthcare setting.

What You’ll Do:

• Schedule and register patients quickly and accurately

• Verify patient information, insurance, and payments

• Provide friendly, helpful service to patients and visitors

• Keep records organized and follow department policies

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2–3 years in customer service or medical office setting

• Experience in healthcare finance/insurance a plus

• Typing 40 wpm and basic computer skills

• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities

• Customer-focused, team-oriented attitude
