Maintenance Technician / Boiler Operator – Nights Location: Mountain Lake, MN Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Pay: $27.00–$34.00/hour + $1.00/hour night shift differential Position Summary We are seeking a Maintenance Technician / Boiler Operator to maintain and troubleshoot boiler systems, production equipment, and facility utilities to ensure safe and efficient plant operations. A Minnesota 2nd Class B Boiler License is required. Responsibilities Monitor and troubleshoot boiler systems. Perform preventive and emergency maintenance on production equipment and facility systems. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, heating, and refrigeration systems. Complete assigned maintenance tasks safely and accurately. Follow written procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Qualifications 2nd Class B Boiler License. 2–3 years of maintenance experience preferred, ideally in manufacturing or food processing. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. PLC and ammonia refrigeration experience is a plus.
