<h2><strong>Maintenance Technician- $22-30/hr</strong></h2><p><strong>Job Description</strong><p>Join our team as a Maintenance Technician, where you will be an integral part of a team tasked with ensuring the seamless operation of our manufacturing equipment. This role requires electromechanical troubleshooting and repair, primarily working off a preventive maintenance schedule, while also responding to line calls and equipment breakdowns.<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Perform electromechanical troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing equipment.</li><li>Work primarily off a preventive maintenance schedule.</li><li>Inspect equipment to ensure proper running of machinery.</li><li>Fix and repair any faulty equipment.</li><li>Respond to line calls and breakdowns promptly.</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Skills</strong></p><ul><li>2-3 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance.</li><li>Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.</li><li>Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and reading schematics.</li><li>Familiarity with up to 480v electrical systems and electrical wiring.</li><li>PLC troubleshooting and automation experience.</li><li>Experience with Fanuc and ABB robotics.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Skills & Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED.</li><li>3+ years in industrial/manufacturing maintenance or 2 years of schooling plus 1 year of experience.</li><li>Experience with mold presses and automotive parts manufacturing.</li><li>Understanding of 480v/3-phase motors.</li><li>Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and schematics.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Work Here?</strong><p>We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with pre-tax and post-tax contributions, life insurance, and short and long-term disability options.
