**Concrete Foreman - Start ASAP - Weekly Pay - Benefits From Day 1**Description:We are looking for a motivated concrete foreman who is looking for a pivotal leadership role to advance our growing team. Responsibilities:<ul><li>You will be responsible with ensuring our projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and upholds our company's standards.</li><li>You will be communicating and coordinating with subcontractors to accurately complete projects in a safe but efficient manner.</li><li>Read construction plans and drawings to determine how to complete the job.</li><li>You will be responsible with assisting concrete finishers with foundation and form setting duties and performing hands on work with the crew.</li><li>You will be responsible with operating power towels, operating grading equipment, and other heavy equipment.</li><li>You will be responsible with ordering materials, supplies, and equipment depending on the project.</li></ul>Pay:<ul><li>$25/$35 an hour</li><li>Depending on experience</li></ul>Hours:<ul><li>6am - 4:30pm</li><li>Monday - Friday</li><li>Hours Depending on Workload/Time of Year</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Construction Foreman</li><li>Concrete Labor</li><li>Concrete Finishing</li><li>Power Trowel</li><li>Power Tools</li><li>Heavy Equipment</li><li>Grading Equipment</li></ul>Additional Responsibilities:<ul><li>Follow safety procedures diligently</li><li>Able to interpret blueprints, specifications, and other project documents</li><li>Able to perform manual construction work and equipment operations</li><li>Sound integrity and professional ethics</li></ul>Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
