Accounts Receivable Clerk

Accounts Receivable Clerk Job Summary: An industry-leading architectural signage company in Grand Rapids is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team.

Accounts Receivable Clerk Requirements:

• Generate invoices in SAGE
• Contact past due and near due accounts for payment
• Investigate and resolve customer billing disputes and inquiries
• Process credit card payments
• Develop a solid understanding of multi-state sales tax jurisdictions
• Process credit applications
• Create and maintain positive customer relationships
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule & Pay:

• 8 am – 5 pm, Monday-Friday. Full or Part time (minimum 20-25 hours, 4 days/week)
• $19-$20/HR

Accounts Receivable Clerk Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of related education or experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Sage highly beneficial
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills, with ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
• Accuracy and attention to detail, with sound judgment and problem-solving skills
