About the Role
<p><strong>Sales Advisor</strong></p>
<p><strong>Basic Salary:</strong> £30,000 OTE (uncapped commission)</p>
<p><strong>Job Type:</strong> Full-time, Permanent</p>
<p><strong>Hours:</strong> Monday to Friday, plus one Saturday per month (9am – 2pm)</p>

<p>Our client is looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Advisor to join their office-based team in Coventry. This role is ideal for someone with a proven sales background who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is confident managing the full sales process.</p>
<p><strong>Your Role</strong></p>
<p>As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for generating new business and delivering high-quality, compliant insurance sales. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and convert enquiries into successful outcomes while maintaining excellent customer service standards.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage the end-to-end sales process from enquiry to close.</li>
<li>Engage with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and online channels.</li>
<li>Understand customer needs and provide suitable insurance solutions.</li>
<li>Prepare and present quotations in line with company and regulatory standards.</li>
<li>Achieve individual sales, conversion, and activity targets.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate CRM records and customer documentation.</li>
<li>Build strong customer relationships to support retention and satisfaction.</li>
<li>Work in line with compliance and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) standards.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What They’re Looking For:</strong></p>

<li>Minimum 2 years proven sales experience (insurance or financial services preferred).</li>
<li>Strong track record of working in a target-driven environment.</li>
<li>Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.</li>
<li>Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.</li>

<li>Organised with strong time management skills.</li>
