Residential Living Recruitment have partnered with a leading developer-owner-operator to recruit a Lettings Administrator for the lease-up of a brand-new, design-led Build to Rent development launching this year in London.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at one of London’s most premium rental communities — a flagship scheme offering exceptional resident amenities, beautifully crafted apartments, and a five-star customer experience.

As Lettings Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the leasing and on-site management team during the mobilisation and lease-up phase. You will ensure a seamless administrative and compliance process from enquiry through to move-in, delivering a professional and efficient resident journey.

With a growing BTR portfolio, there is significant potential for this role to become permanent beyond the initial 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the Leasing team with all administrative aspects of the letting process
• Preparing and issuing tenancy agreements and associated documentation
• Managing referencing and Right to Rent checks
• Coordinating move-ins and ensuring all compliance documentation is complete
• Maintaining accurate records on CRM and property management systems
• Handling resident queries professionally and efficiently
• Assisting with reporting, data tracking, and lease-up performance metrics
• Supporting mobilisation processes and operational setup

About You

• Previous experience in lettings administration, Build to Rent, PBSA, or residential property
• Strong understanding of tenancy agreements and lettings compliance
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced lease-up environment
• Professional, personable, and customer-focused
• Strong IT and CRM system skills
