<p><strong>Senior Business Analyst up to £50,000 Hybrid, Sheffield</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify, investigation, analyse and communicate complex business problems across complex projects and programmes of work.</li> <li>Coach and mentor team members.</li> <li>Lead workshops and focus groups to understand business problems and user needs within products or services.</li> <li>Produce documentation to support projects and programmes of work.</li> <li>Lead analysis and information gathering for evidence based recommendations for improvements.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience of software development using Agile methodologies.</li> <li>Experience of conducting analysis, investigations and evidence gathering for business improvements.</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li> <li>Experience of leading discovery and alpha phase activities.</li> <li>Experience of improving business analysis practice.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Salary</strong></p> <p>They offer a salary package of up to £50,000 plus benefits.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Location</strong></p> <p>The client is based in Sheffield and they are looking for someone to be in office 2x per week.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>How to Apply</strong></p> <p>Please apply asap with your CV to be considered for this position.
