Head of Logistics (West Midlands)

Head of Logistics | Retail | W.Midlands | £80k - £100k

Location: West Midlands

I am exclusively working with a fast growing retailer who are looking to hire a Head of Logistics to lead on all warehousing and transport operations.

This role is responsible for end-to-end logistics performance across warehousing, fulfilment, delivery operations, inventory, and returns, ensuring a safe, scalable, and customer-focused operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site warehouse and transport operations

• Drive operational performance, productivity, and service improvement

• Manage fulfilment and final-mile delivery performance

• Improve OTIF, inventory accuracy, and customer delivery experience

• Lead and develop high-performing operational teams

• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency

• Ensure compliance across H&S, transport, and operational standards

• Manage logistics budgets, labour planning and cost control

About You (Essential)

• Senior logistics leadership experience within retail, e-commerce or wholesale

• Strong background in managing 3PL and in-house warehousing and transport operations

• Experience managing D2C fulfilment and delivery operations

• Proven track record leading large operational teams

• Commercially minded with strong operational and analytical capability
