<p><strong><span class="ql-cursor"></span></strong>We’re recruiting for an experienced <strong>Fall Inspection Supervisor</strong> to join a leading specialist in work-at-height safety and compliance. You’ll lead inspection activities across a varied client base, ensuring fall protection systems are inspected, maintained and certified to the highest standards while supporting and mentoring engineers in the field. The role is home-based and can be located anywhere in the UK, ideally within easy reach of a major city due to customer demand.</p>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience inspecting fall protection systems is essential.</li>
<li>Experience in a supervisory or senior inspection role is advantageous.</li>
<li>Full UK driving licence.</li>
<li>Full right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship.</li>
<li>Happy to travel nationwide with approximately one overnight stay per week.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Package</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Up to <strong>£40,000</strong> basic salary.</li>
<li>Overtime typically worth <strong>£8,000+ per year</strong> (paid door-to-door after 40 hours).</li>
<li>37.5-hour week: <strong>8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday, 2:00pm finish Friday</strong>.</li>
<li>20 days annual leave + bank holidays, increasing with service to <strong>28 days + bank holidays</strong>.</li>
