<p><strong>IT Systems Administrator</strong></p>

<p><strong>Milton Keynes – up to £35k</strong></p>

<p>We are looking to recruit an IT systems administrator for one of the fastest growing IT solution and services providers in the UK.</p>
<p>Used to working as part of a team you will provide support and development of the companies internal IT infrastructure as well as that of its clients.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>The ideal candidate will have a university degree in a technical computing subject or alternative qualification.</p>
<p>Ideally have a higher-level Microsoft certification in Windows Server or cloud-based applications.</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>Provide external customers with best in class, high quality and efficient customer service and support</li>
<li>Be responsible for the maintenance and development of IT systems from networking to server administration, backup and disaster recovery.</li>
<li>Working with and managing third party supplier and project delivery-based relationships</li>
<li>Used to working in a service desk environment, allocating and prioritising workloads via a ticket-based logging system</li>
<li>Provide various first to third line based support.</li>
<li>Project based implementation work, working with customers on scoping their technical projects.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>Good understanding of cloud deployed applications</li>
<li>Windows server</li>
<li>Hyper-V</li>
<li>Windows 10</li>
<li>Office 365</li>
<li>Azure</li>
<li>Sharepoint; including machine builds and imaging tools and processes</li>
<li>TCP/IP/VOIP networking technologies and in-depth network hardware understanding</li>
<li>Powershell, SQL and database management </li>
</ul>
