A rapidly scaling D2C organisation is seeking a Head of Customer Experience / Head of CX to shape and elevate its end-to-end customer journey as the business enters its next phase of growth. This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive a best-in-class experience across every touchpoint.
Salary: £80–100k
Location: Southampton (office-based)

The Head of Customer Experience / Head of CX will lead a cross-functional team of 30+ people and shape a true customer-first culture. You will hold accountability across; customer satisfaction, team leadership and commercial & experience-led outcomes.
The Head of Customer Experience / Head of CX must have:
Senior leadership experience in customer service / customer experience within high-growth environments.
Proven success managing large cross-functional teams.
Strong commercial and experience-first awareness.
Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
A detail-oriented, operational mindset combined with strategic oversight.
