Exciting In House Strategic Tax Advisor role – London
Mixed tax experience as will be working on business tax and personal tax.
Job details:
Tax Planning and Strategy
Offer proactive tax planning recommendations to help clients minimise tax liabilities.
Evaluate the tax implications of current and proposed business activities and transactions.
Provide expert technical advice on corporate structuring and reorganizations.
Possess a comprehensive knowledge of corporate tax matters, including EIS/SEIS.
Analyse tax impacts of projects, review, and negotiate tax clauses in commercial contracts.
Assist with group transfer pricing policy, including drafting and updating transfer pricing documentation.
Conduct tax analysis of restructuring transactions and support M&A transactions.
Client/Stakeholder Advisory:Deliver clear, concise, and practical tax advice to clients or internal stakeholders.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal departments.
Perform tax research and analysis on complex tax issues.
Business Development:Develop, manage, and maintain a pipeline of Tax advisory engagements.
Assist the Head of Tax by conducting tax-related discovery calls for Dragon Argent.
Educate the wider team on key strategic tax issues and identify opportunities to support existing clients through internal training/briefings.
Build and sustain your own network by identifying and attending relevant networking events.
Contribute to our marketing efforts by producing at least one piece of content monthly.
