Express Employment Professionals is searching for a service minded candidate to fill the position of Bank Teller for one of our top banking clients. The Bank Teller will perform many duties to ensure customer satisfaction and boost branch productivity, while expanding and retaining customer base through in-depth knowledge of retail services, products, and selling techniques. Full time and part time positions are available.

Essential Job Functions:

• Establish rapport with the customers
• Introduce prospective and current customers to products and services
• Recognize selling opportunities and effectively cross-sell bank products and services
• Acknowledge/prioritize multiple customer demands to provide maximum customer service experiences to all customers
• Process all financial transactions in an accurate and timely manner
• Open and maintain customer bank products
• Provide excellent customer service

Job Requirements:

• Exceptional listening and communication skills
• handle customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments)
• balance cash drawers
• 6 months transaction experience a plus
