Per Diem LPN | Malone, NY Variable Shifts: 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m., 10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m. Shift Differentials: $5.50 evenings | $7.00 nights Base Pay Range: $26.21-$35.96 Join The Alice Center as a Per Diem LPN providing resident-centered care in a long-term care setting. Flexible scheduling, supportive team, and competitive shift differentials. Per diem staff are expected to work a minimum of two 8-hour shifts per pay period , including two weekend shifts per month , plus one minor and one major holiday shift per year . Weekend call-outs must be made up within one month. Provide medications, assist with ADLs, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with the care team.
