About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Practitioner (AP) to join our FAST Team in Lincolnshire, specializing in Qualified Social Work. As an integral member of our team, you will work collaboratively to provide high-quality support and intervention to children and families in need. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable individuals while promoting positive outcomes within the community.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Working alongside qualified social workers to assess the needs of children and families.
Providing direct support to service users through home visits, assessments, and intervention planning.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Participating in team meetings and contributing to case discussions and planning.
Engaging with external agencies and stakeholders to coordinate services and resources effectively.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A relevant degree in Social Work or a related field.
Experience working in a social work environment or with children and families.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
