Position: Commercial Roofing Project Manager

Location: Mobile, AL

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 DOE + bonus + excellent benefits

Our client is one of the top commercial roofing contractors servicing the Gulf Coast and is looking for a top-notch Project Manager who can work on their most important projects in and around Mobile, AL. They are a growing and well-established commercial roofing company. They are interested in highly-motivated and proactive individuals to fill their open role of Commercial Roofing Project Manager. This role is an urgent need, and qualified contacts will be contacted ASAP!

Requirements For Commercial Roofing Project Manager:

• 5+ of commercial roofing experience.
• Must be able to work remote with little supervision
• Knowledge of all phases of the building construction process including pre-construction through closeout.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Extensive experience in cost controls.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and within scope.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Lead and direct the work of other project team members as needed.
• Client follow-up and retention.
