This role sits at the heart of a multi‑year efficiency initiative, ensuring financial targets are modelled, tracked, and delivered across multiple workstreams. You'll work closely with senior leadership, governance teams, project assurance, and external service providers to embed robust financial management and enable long‑term operational efficiency. Location: London IR35: Outside IR35 Key Responsibilities - Develop financial frameworks, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to track savings and budget reductions. - Partner with BAU finance teams to align transformation financials with operational budgets. - Lead improvements in financial processes, controls, and change management. - Manage financial maturity assessments and deliver improvement plans. - Forecast and monitor financial savings across IT/IS programmes. - Coordinate resources and projects to ensure alignment with financial objectives. - Support compliance, audit, and risk management activities. - Build strong stakeholder relationships across IT, business units, and suppliers. - Define and implement new ways of working to streamline financial reporting and governance. - Own financial project plans, milestones, and transition documentation. Experience & Skills - Strong background in finance leadership, business partnering, or financial transformation. - Proven experience delivering financial improvements and targeted savings within change programmes. - Skilled in project management, governance, and working within regulated or multi‑vendor environments. - Ability to translate business requirements into practical processes and delivery plans. - Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills. - Strong understanding of operational efficiency, digital enablement, and supplier management. - Strategic thinker with the ability to drive continuous improvement and embed new ways of working. Qualifications - Degree‑level education or equivalent experience in finance or business.
