- Monday – Friday, no holidays or no weekends — 40 hours/week guaranteed
- 25 – 30 points per week, dependent on travel
- Home health setting — adult caseload
- Home health and OASIS experience strongly preferred
- EMR: HCHB
- Minimum 1 year PT experience required post clinicals
- Training available for therapists committing to a 6+ month contract
