About the Role
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a passionate Domestic Abuse Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE) to join a leading, award‑winning practice renowned for its commitment to protecting vulnerable clients and delivering outstanding legal care.

You will handle a varied and meaningful caseload of protective injunction matters including Non‑Molestation Orders, Occupation Orders and related family proceedings while making a real difference to the lives of survivors.
What you will be doing:
Advising and representing survivors of domestic abuse with empathy and professionalism
Managing a busy caseload, including urgent and complex matters
Preparing and issuing emergency applications, drafting statements and conducting advocacy
Working closely with courts, police, support agencies and partner organisations
Ensuring full compliance with Legal Aid and SRA requirements
Supporting and mentoring junior team members
Contributing to outreach, community engagement and the wider development of the department
What they are looking for:
Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales), NQ–2 PQE
Experience in domestic abuse or family law (pre‑qualification experience welcome)
Strong drafting, advocacy and case‑management skills
Ability to work calmly under pressure and handle sensitive matters with care
A trauma‑informed, client‑centred approach
