You will be working in the shipping team in Harlow. THis part of the business looks after delivery of goods to supermarkets, hotels and restaurant clients all over the world. In this role you will do the order processing , chase up deliveries with the warehouse, deal with customer issues over the phone and via email and generally give a first class customer service to customers who have purchased cooking ingredients</p> <p>The role is fast-paced and rewarding and you will be given full training</p> <p><strong><u>Duties</u></strong></p> <p></p> <ul> <li>Analysing inventory levels</li> <li>Forecasting demand</li> <li>Building supply chain reports</li> <li>Identifying trends and inefficiencies</li> <li>Managing KPIs</li> <li>Performing root-cause analysis</li> <li>Using Power BI, Tableau, SQL or advanced Excel</li> <li>Working on S&amp;OP (Sales &amp; Operations Planning)</li> <li>Inventory optimisation</li> <li>Supplier performance analysis</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong> <strong><u>REQUIREMENTS</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Advanced Excel</li> <li>Good SAP</li> <li>Some previous admin experience ( ideally supply chain )</li> </ul> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p></p>
