As a Network Operations Specialist you take full responsibility for the activation process and ensure smooth collaboration between all partners. With your sharp eye for quality and process improvements, you directly impact customer satisfaction and the future of Odido. In this role, you are the driving force behind a smooth, error‑free activation of our fiber services. You make every step seamless and customer‑focused, from the sales handover to installation.
You fully manage the activation process and foster strong collaboration between fiber providers, installation partners, internal teams, and the customer. The biggest challenge? Increasing customer satisfaction in the final phase of the customer journey, where there is still significant room for improvement.
You also handle complex activations, ranging from technical instability to incomplete network build‑outs. You analyze data and steer on KPIs such as NPS. In addition, you work on structural solutions that will become the standard within Customer Operations.
You also play a crucial role in implementing an AI support bot. This bot accelerates and improves information exchange between all stakeholders. The team consists of a manager and six other colleagues, each with their own expertise in fiber connections.

You bring thisYou combine a technical background with strong process and collaboration skills. You have 5–10 years of experience in telecom, fiber activation, network operations or customer operations, and you effectively influence complex stakeholders.
In addition, you bring:
A completed bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Demonstrable expertise in activation, migration, or service assurance processes
Strong analytical skills: you translate data into concrete improvements
Experience with KPI management and process optimization
Experience working with IT, Network, and external partners
Understanding of OPEX and CAPEX drivers related to activations and field interventions is a plus
Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and ownership
