Service Advisor – BMW Specialist Independent
£34,000 – £38,000 Basic + ~£4,000 Annual Bonus
Monday to Friday | 8:00 – 18:00 | No Weekends

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent BMW specialist looking to add an experienced Service Advisor to their growing team.

This is a business that focuses on doing things properly — not pushing volume — with a strong reputation for quality and customer care.

The Role

You’ll act as the key link between the workshop and the customer, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout.

• Booking vehicles in for service, maintenance and repair

• Keeping customers updated and managing expectations

• Liaising closely with technicians on job progress

• Preparing estimates and final invoices

• Delivering consistently high levels of customer service

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade

• Ideally experience with BMW or premium brands

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• A professional, customer-focused approach

• Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points)

What’s On Offer

• £34,000 – £38,000 basic salary

• Annual bonus of approximately £4,000 (paid in November)

• Monday to Friday only – no weekends

• 21 days holiday + bank holidays
