Role: Site Manager

Location: Wakefield Area

Pay: £250.00 per day CIS.  Monday to Friday.

Contract:  Temp - CIS

Start date: 17th July

Duration: 7 weeks

300 North are recruiting for a number of experienced Site Managers to support a busy summer refurbishment programme across multiple education sites in the Wakefield area.

These are fast-paced projects taking place during the school holidays, delivering essential refurbishment, maintenance and improvement works within live education estates.

The Role

• Manage day-to-day site activities
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard
• Maintain site records and health & safety documentation
• Liaise with project teams, contractors and client representatives

Requirements

• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work (3 Day)
• Proven experience as a Site Manager
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme delivery
• Enhanced DBS issued within the last 3 years - DESIRABLE NOT ESSENTIAL
