About the Role
Achieve sales and distribution objectives by executing brand-building activities, meeting sales targets, and educating On-Trade customers. Ensure optimal market positioning for Brown-Forman brands while working closely with the Area Sales Manager.
What You Can Expect
● Drive Sales and Distribution: Achieve sales targets and expand product distribution within the assigned On-Trade territory.
● Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
● Execute Brand Building Activities: Implement promotional activities, product education programs, and merchandising strategies to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
● Monitor and Report: Track sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends, providing timely reports and insights.
● Collaborate: Work effectively with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, and merchandisers) to execute sales strategies and achieve shared goals.
What You Bring to the Table
● 1 year experience as an On-Trade Specialist or other relevant role.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Proven track record of achieving sales targets
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Excellent organizational and time management skills
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
