<p>Make a meaningful difference in children’s lives—without giving up your daytime schedule. We’re seeking a <strong>passionate Pediatric SLP</strong> to provide <strong>in-home therapy during after-school hours</strong>, supporting children as they build communication, language, and feeding skills in the environments where they live and learn. These are <strong>established, after-school caseloads ready to go</strong>, making it easy to step in and start making an impact right away.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<p>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support each child’s speech, language, social communication, and feeding needs</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Provide direct therapy services in home settings, promoting strong skill carryover across everyday routines</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Monitor progress and modify treatment plans to ensure meaningful, functional outcomes</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals at home</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Maintain accurate, timely documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, family-centered care</p>
</li>
