Client Manager - £30- 33k plus car allowance and bonus - Castleford

We are looking for a Client Manager to manage operational delivery at account level, ensuring workforce fulfilment, compliance integrity and consistent service standards.

Key Responsibilities of Client Manager

• Oversee daily fulfilment and workforce attendance.
• Maintain strong working relationship with client stakeholders.
• Monitor retention and absence trends.
• Escalate supply or service risks promptly.
• Coordinate with Delivery and Recruitment teams.
• Support workforce engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate reporting and workforce data.
• Ensure rate and placement accuracy.
• Participate in client performance reviews.

The details

£30,000 - £35,000 dependant on experience, plus £3,600 car allowance and 10% bonus per annum.

Must have driving licence and car
