About the Role
A busy business in Bridlington is looking for a Credit Controller to join their finance team with salary up to £30,000. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with credit control experience who can manage accounts and support the business in maintaining strong cash flow.
Key Responsibilities:
Chasing outstanding invoices and managing customer accounts
Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies
Producing reports on aged debt and highlighting any risks
Supporting month-end processes and financial reporting
Acting as a key point of contact between finance and customers
Ensuring accurate records and documentation are maintained
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in credit control, accounts, or finance
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident using Excel and finance/accounting systems
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Able to work proactively and manage multiple accounts effectively
