Warehouse & Customer Support Administrator
Location: Chandler, AZ
Pay: $22–$26/hr. DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7am-4pm

What You’ll Do
Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Provide top-tier customer service, ensuring all requests are handled quickly and accurately
Enter and manage customer orders within inventory and ERP systems
Track shipments, coordinate deliveries, and ensure materials arrive at the right place at the right time
Maintain accurate inventory records, support cycle counts, and assist with stock management across multiple locations
Compile and communicate reports related to inventory, orders, and service levels
Process warehouse documentation including delivery dockets, GRNs, and system uploads
Coordinate with internal teams on production orders, special orders, and kitting/assembly needs
Monitor lead times and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders
Identify potential issues, trends, or inefficiencies and escalate or resolve them before they impact service
Develop a strong understanding of product lines and the customer’s operating environment

What You Need to Have
Experience in a similar warehouse, customer service, or operations support role
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build relationships
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Word
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

- Experience with SAP, Maximo, or similar systems
- Background working with technical products, spare parts, or manufacturing environments
