We are seeking skilled operators to join our warehouse and distribution team. If you have experience operating material handling equipment and are looking for a stable, full-time opportunity, we want to hear from you.

Pay

Base Pay: $23.00 per hour

Shift Differentials

• 1st Shift: $23.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: $24.50/hour
• 3rd Shift: $25.50/hour
• Weekend Day Shift: $26.00/hour
• Weekend Night Shift: $26.75/hour

Available Shifts

1st Shift

5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Monday – Friday

2nd Shift

1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Monday – Friday

3rd Shift

9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
Monday – Friday

Weekend Day Shift

5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday – Sunday

Weekend Night Shift

5:00 PM – 5:30 AM
Friday – Sunday

Equipment Operated

• Stand-Up Forklift
• Sit-Down Forklift
• Reach Truck
• Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ)

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials and products.
• Supply production lines and transport inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Pick orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Perform shipping and receiving duties.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any issues.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• Minimum 6 months of recent forklift experience required.
• Experience operating Stand-Up, Sit-Down, Reach Truck, or Electric Pallet Jack equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
