Job Duties
- Read order slips or use scanners to select correct products
- Inspect items for damage or missing parts prior to packing
- Select appropriate boxes and packing materials to protect products during transit
- Wrap, arrange, and secure items to prevent movement or breakage
- Seal packages and apply accurate shipping labels
- Use packing tools such as tape guns, box cutters, and shrink wrap machines
- Pull, pack, weigh, and label products based on daily orders
- Log shipping, order, and label documentation accurately
- Keep products separated, organized, and accessible
- Monitor product quality and report discrepancies or issues
- Operate warehouse equipment including dollies, pallet wrappers, forklifts, and electric pallet jacks
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area
- Follow all manufacturing best practices and safety requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
