The former Ramada hotel in downtown Milwaukee is being recycled rather than bulldozed. The structure at 633 W. Michigan St. will be deconstructed with a focus on saving as many materials for resale or recycling as possible, part of the Iron District development project by Kenosha-based Bear Development Inc.
