We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Assistant Leasing Manager to support the leasing and day-to-day operations of a high-quality Build to Rent (BTR) community. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong sales ability and a passion for delivering exceptional resident experiences.
Working closely with the Leasing Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving occupancy, managing enquiries, and ensuring the leasing journey is seamless from first contact through to move-in.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Leasing Manager in achieving occupancy and revenue targets
- Respond to leasing enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Conduct property viewings and showcase apartments and amenities
- Manage the full leasing process, including applications, referencing, and tenancy agreements
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and property management systems
- Assist with marketing initiatives, events, and resident engagement activities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all stages of the resident journey
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activity
- Support with reporting and administrative tasks
About You
- Previous experience in residential leasing, lettings, or property management (BTR experience desirable)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a target-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- A positive, can-do attitude with a team-oriented approach
- Flexible to work weekends as part of a rota
