My client is a major FTSE 100 business based in Gloucestershire and is a world leader in their field. They have a fantastic reputation in the South West.

Job Description

TM1 is the Group's financial consolidation system that is used by over 200 individual reporting entities within the group. The TM1 system is relied upon as the key facilitator of internal and external financial reporting.The key responsibilities:

• Relevant system expertise and technical experience of TM1 specifically (and complex consolidation / reporting systems generally)
• Experience of Group level financial consolidation accounting
• Improve and automate the submission and validation of financial data for any reporting window to ensure that the accuracy and quality of data is of a high standard (such as stat pack, MA etc.)
• Deliver ancillary submissions into TM1, through from TM1 admin (setup, development) to collection to reporting. Examples include weekly flash, intercompany recharges & not invoiced, Treasury Disclosures, FX Forecast, sector collections.
• Support the team with more complex TM1 development to improve and modernise the system and act as the escalation point for any TM1 system issues.
• Enhance and challenge the control environment in place, seeking to streamline and improve, whilst also managing the testing plans with Internal Controls

The Successful Applicant

• ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with post qualified industry experience
• Advanced Excel User with the ability to model large data sets.
• Demonstrable and extensive expertise in using IBM Planning & Analytics / TM1
• Prior consolidations experience in a Group environment

What's on Offer

There is a highly competitive day rate available outside IR35. Candidates need to be available for 2 days on-site in Gloucestershire (the days can be back to back if getting a hotel) and need to be immediately available to start work.
