About the Role
Excellent Direct Hire opportunity for established manufacturer in the Atlanta / Doraville area. $65,000-$70,000 / Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm You will be the first point of contact for customers while supporting the sales team to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: Customer Service Process orders, provide status updates, and resolve issues quicklyHandle customer concerns and escalate when neededCoordinate with operations on delivery and qualityTrack all customer interactions in HubSpotBuild strong customer relationships and drive repeat business Sales Support Handle inbound/outbound calls and emailsQualify leads and move them through the sales pipelinePrepare quotes, follow up on proposals, and help close dealsKeep CRM records accurate and up-to-date Team Collaboration Update sales team on account activity and opportunitiesWork with Finance on pricing and credit approvalsShare customer feedback with relevant departments What We're Looking For: Minimum 3 years experience in account management, inside sales, or customer service in manufacturingStrong communication and organization skillsAble to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentTeam player who can also work independentlyExperience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)Problem-solver with attention to detail To apply for the Account Manager / Customer Service / Inside Sales position, please submit your resume in response to this ad or fill out an application on our website, www.impactstaffing.com.
