This is a discovery-phase programme where requirements are still evolving, ideal for a developer who thrives in early-stage builds, enjoys solving complex problems and can operate with a high degree of autonomy. You will play a key role in building a modern, cloud-native application, working across frontend, APIs and data integration.<BR> &nbsp;<BR> <STRONG>Key Responsibilities</STRONG><BR> <UL> <LI>Build and develop modern web applications using Next.js and React</LI> <LI>Design and integrate RESTful APIs</LI> <LI>Work with Databricks including SQL, jobs and vector-based data stores</LI> <LI>Develop in off-network environments using mock or dummy JSON datasets</LI> <LI>Deploy and manage services via Azure Container Apps</LI> <LI>Implement secure authentication and access patterns</LI> <LI>Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub (Actions, repos, pipelines)</LI> <LI>Support Docker-based deployment and containerisation</LI> <LI>Contribute to architecture and solution design as requirements evolve</LI> </UL> <STRONG>Required Experience</STRONG><BR> <UL> <LI>Strong experience with Next.js and React in production environments</LI> <LI>Solid understanding of API design and integration (RESTful services)</LI> <LI>Experience working with cloud-native Azure environments</LI> <LI>Hands-on experience with CI/CD and GitHub workflows</LI> <LI>Experience with Docker and containerisation</LI> <LI>Comfortable working in early-stage or ambiguous delivery environments</LI> <LI>Ability to work independently and engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders</LI> </UL> <STRONG>Desirable</STRONG><BR> <UL> <LI>Experience with Databricks and modern data platforms</LI> <LI>Exposure to vector databases or AI-driven data solutions</LI> <LI>Experience delivering within secure or government environments</LI> <LI>Understanding of off-network or secure development constraints</LI> </UL> <STRONG>Security and Contract Details</STRONG><BR> <UL> <LI>Active SC Clearance is essential</LI> <LI>Outside IR35</LI> <LI>&pound;525 per day</LI> <LI>Initial 6 months with likely extension</LI> <LI>Start ASAP</LI> <LI>Hybrid, UK-based</LI> </UL>
