Career progression
The Role
Creating and managing specialist menus for individuals with complex food allergies.
Ensuring menus meet food standards requirements and are compliant with regulations.
Working with key individuals to agree menus that meet individuals requirements
Working closely with the food development and procurement teams.
Supporting the operations team with nutritional and allergen advice.
The Requirements
Experience in allergen management and /or food nutrition.
Knowledge of allergen regulations and best practices related to allergen management.
Strong understanding of allergen risks and how to mitigate them in food production and service.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and educate catering teams effectively.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and proactively, managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
