Develocraft is currently looking for a Product Owner for one of our clients.
- Hybrid work: Gdańsk (2 days from the office)
- Lead the strategy, development roadmap, and full lifecycle management of one or more data products within the Mobility Global portfolio, working closely with Data Management, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Identify, evaluate, and convert business requirements into well-defined product specifications through stakeholder engagement and collaborative workshops.
- Support Agile product delivery by grooming and prioritizing the backlog, coordinating Agile ceremonies, and ensuring transparent communication of product outcomes and business impact.
- Partner with data management, analytics, data science, and engineering teams to create scalable solutions that address both current operational needs and future strategic objectives.
- Develop strong knowledge of the automotiveMastermind environment, including its data structures, integrations, and operational workflows.
- Contribute to incident investigations by analyzing underlying causes and helping implement long-term improvements to data products and related processes.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role within Agile teams.
- Solid knowledge of product management methodologies, prioritization techniques, and value-focused delivery.
- Ability to work effectively with data-centric environments, cross-functional stakeholders, and integration-focused operations.
- General understanding of data integration methods, tools, and industry standards.
- Hands-on experience with roadmap and task management platforms such as Airtable, Azure DevOps, or Salesforce.
- Practical knowledge of SQL and data querying.
- English at level C1
- Familiarity with GCP technologies, MongoDB, and API testing solutions.
- Basic knowledge of dimensional data modeling principles and practices.
- SCRUM certification or equivalent Agile credentials.
- Interest in, or previous exposure to, the automotive industry and data-focused environments.
