This is a full-time, long-term opportunity starting in May.Key Responsibilities:Provide general classroom support to teachers and pupilsSupport pupils with additional needs on a 1:1 basis or in small groupsHelp implement behavioural policies and uphold high expectations in the classroomWork closely with pupils who have EHCPs and IEPsWhat We Offer:Ongoing CPD training provided by the National CollegeDedicated support from your Tradewind consultantA friendly and professional service throughout your placementRequirements:Previous experience working in a school settingA valid, Enhanced Child-Only DBS registered to the Update ServiceRight to work in the UKSatisfactory referencesPay Rate: Daily rate between £95-£100, depending on experience and qualifications.
