<li>Lead the end-to-end strategic marketing planning for a portfolio of large-scale B2B events , aligning activity with commercial targets.</li>
<li>Define and articulate unique event value propositions and messaging frameworks to ensure differentiation in a crowded marketplace.</li>
<li>Own campaign performance across the paid attendance funnel, driving delegate acquisition and maximising yield through optimized pricing structures.</li>
<li>Execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns spanning digital (paid social, search, display), email, PR, advocacy, and content.</li>
<li>Steward brand identity across all touchpoints to drive emotional resonance and brand affinity with target audiences.</li>
<li>Utilise analytics platforms and dashboards to track KPIs, providing real-time optimisation and executive-level reporting.</li>
<li>Map and optimise the customer journey to identify friction points and enhance attendee satisfaction and conversion.</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, and event production teams to ensure total alignment on messaging and timelines.</li>
<li>Commission audience research to identify motivators and barriers to purchase within priority segments.</li>
<li>Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring spend allocation delivers the highest possible ROI.</li>

<h3><strong>Candidate background</strong></h3>

<li>6+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving paid attendance at large-scale B2B events.</li>
<li>Deep knowledge of event positioning, brand strategy, pricing, and communication.</li>
<li>Highly data-literate with an analytical mindset to interpret campaign metrics and drive commercial results.</li>
<li>Expertise in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and campaign automation tools.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, able to translate complex insights into persuasive content.</li>
<li>Commercially minded and comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders under pressure.</li>
<li>Experience in matrixed environments, ideally with an appreciation for the unique dynamics of live event marketing.</li>
