You will play a critical role spearheading growth and process improvement initiatives, own full profit and loss responsibility, and develop close working partnerships with the entire practice staff. </div><div> </div><div><ul><li>Travel to nearby offices to support practice operations* (3-4 days per week). </li><li>During training, you will be onsite at an Aspen Dental location 5 days per week</li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Provide training and development support to ensure all practice staff demonstrate knowledge of the business model, operating procedures, and protocols </li><li>In partnership with the talent acquisition team and the office manager, evaluate and communicate staffing needs to enable effective hiring and onboarding experiences for new team members </li><li>Support daily office operations within the region as necessary </li></ul></div><div> </div><div> </div></div><div><div>Qualifications: </div><div><ul><li>Availability to relocate after 6 months of local training is required (relocation assistance provided)</li><li>Management experience over-seeing multiple locations in the retail or health care industry </li><li>Prior profit and loss responsibility and the ability to interpret and act upon financial statements </li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and employees of all ages and backgrounds </li><li>Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development for yourself and your team </li><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred </li></ul></div></div><div><div>*As this position requires daily travel to assigned offices, you must maintain a valid non-restricted driver’s license and appropriate insurance or the ability to be insured under the employer’s fleet insurance program (for those assigned a Company fleet vehicle).
