<h2><strong>Experienced Veterinary Surgeon – Buckinghamshire</strong></h2>
<p><strong>Salary: £55,000–£65,000 DOE + bonus (higher for certificate holders/AVP)</strong><br />
<strong>4-day week • No nights • No on-call • 1:4 weekends</strong></p>

<h3><strong>About the Team</strong></h3>
<ul>

<p>Led by an RCVS Advanced Practitioner in Small Animal Surgery</p>
<li>
<p>10 vets, 8 RVNs, 3 SVNs, 4 VCAs, plus an experienced client care & admin team</p>
<li>
<p>Regular clinical team meetings and full practice meetings, everyone has a voice</p>
<li>
<p>Strong focus on development, case discussions and clinical standards</p>
</ul>

<h3><u><strong>Clinical Facilities</strong></u></h3>
<p><strong>Orthopaedics:</strong> TPLO, ESF, locking systems, Hall drill<br />
<strong>Monitoring:</strong> multiparameters, capnography, syringe drivers, infusion pumps<br />
<strong>Imaging & Scopes:</strong></p>

<p>Logic R8 ultrasound with Doppler</p>
<li>
<p>Gastroscope & bronchoscope</p>
<li>
<p>Karl Storz endoscopy/laparoscopy/arthroscopy</p>
<li>
<p>Dental X-ray</p>
<li>
<p>Full imaging suite including 32-slice CT (from late 2025)<br />
<strong>Additional:</strong> K-Laser, nerve stimulator, EPOC blood gases, HT Vista tumour screening<br />
<strong>Rehab:</strong> in-house physiotherapist + hydrotherapy treadmill</p>

<p>5+ years small animal experience</p>

<p>Confident with routine soft tissue surgery and imaging</p>

<p>Able to manage or triage complex cases</p>
